Jake & Russel are awesome. I have an unusual hvac heat pump install that came with my home when i purchased it. The hvac and AC have had serveral issues due to the unusual and poor installation. These gentlemen have come out same day and helped me fix several issues including fuses, transformers, wiring, a bad blower which they helped me replace under warranty and save $1300 and only pay for labor. They are quick to respond and very knowledgeable, courtepus and kind and i have had better experience with them than some of the bigger name/brand hvac service in the area which is why I have relied on them since i found them through the reccomendation of a neighbor. If you are in the bastrop area, these are the guys you want to call for hvac issues. ~ Zachary “
This company is amazing, EXCELLENT customer service!!!! Russel came out because our thermostat went blank and AC was not working. I checked everything I knew how to check and nothing thought it may be a bad thermostat so I went and bought a new one similar to what I had. After plugging it in it still didn’t work so we called Icy Hot. Russel arrived before the promised time and plugged in the new thermostat, the system went into “standby” and after a few minutes the AC started working!! I just wasn’t giving enough time. Russel did not want to charge us stating that all he did was “plug in the new thermostat”. We insisted that we pay him! You just don’t find customer service like that anymore! I would highly recommend Icy Hot for any HVAC need!! These guys will NOT disappoint!!! Very, Very impressed!!! ~ chris m
Huge shout out to Jacob and Russ Icy Hot Heating and Air Conditioning these guys are so incredibly awesome. They came out after hours today July 28 because my home was not cooling and the fan outside stopped. Jacob and Russ got to my home quickly and got straight to work and figured out the problem and now my ac is working the house has cooled back down and they will be back tomorrow to make sure everything is still running smoothly. If you need AC Guys these are the guys they are reasonably priced explain the problem and the best solution for the problem. Highly recommend these guys and I will continue to call them for maintenance and any AC issues when needed. Thank you so much for everything you are the best!!! ~ Kim B
